At BVHM, ¡Todxs somos la PTA!
The Parents and Teachers Association of Buena Vista Horace Mann (BVHM PTA) consists of families, teachers, and community members who work together to support Buena Vista Horace Mann, a bilingual, bicultural K-8 community school.
Our objectives are to:
- Encourage school community, spirit, and pride through special events planned throughout the year.
- Aid students, faculty, staff, and families by providing volunteer and financial support to further the mission of BVHM and secure for all youth the highest advantages in education.
- To promote communication and strengthen relationships between home and school, that parents, teachers and administration may cooperate effectively in the education of children and youth.
- To advocate for the betterment of our school and community and provide a forum for community members to share information on issues that impact our community.
