Changes to La Gran Pachanga

BVHM Community, for a variety of reasons, we have decided to change the format of La Gran Pachanga. Instead of a physical gala reception, we will focus on a virtual event, including our raffle and our online auction. We will be extending raffle ticket sales through Wednesday, March 18th. The office staff has additional tickets if you need more. Please remember to return money and ticket stubs to the PTA lockbox in the office by March 18th. We have an amazing selection of items in our online auction, which will run through Friday, March 20th. Please take a look, bid online, and encourage your friends and family to bid. The online auction is at charityauction.bid/lagranpachanga. We desperately need your support for this very important fundraiser, and appreciate whatever donations to our school that you can make!

Finally, raffle tickets for La Gran Pachanga are also on sale – students should have brought home 10 tickets to sell, $5 each or 5 for $20. Prizes include tickets to Disneyland, the San Francisco 49ers, and a family meal at Pollo Campero. Please return all ticket stubs and money to the PTA lockbox in the school office.

Auction Donations

We already have lots of great donations, but if you have something of value (for example, tickets to a sports team, a vacation home, a connection to a restaurant, special skills), this is the time to contribute and support the school! We have a form letter and a donation form that you can use online.
